  1、太阳能真空管是太阳能热水器的集热器,直接吸收太阳光线,并利用热水比重小,冷水比重大的原理,将真空管内已被太阳光加热的水和水箱中的冷水进行交换,加热水箱中的水。集热效率是衡量太阳能热水器真空管性能的重要指标之一,太阳能热水器的集热效率体现在真空管技术上,主要由真空管的透光率、单向反射率以及真空隔热率三个指标决定。透光率决定了真空管的集热效率,也就是说:透光率越高,集热效率越高。这个问题我们从太阳能集热器能量平衡方程:Q=QI-QL和集热器效率公式:η=Q∕A*G中可以看出:透光率越高、集热器吸收的太阳辐射能QI越高、集热器吸收的有用能量Q越高、集热器效率η越高;反之亦然。但透光率是在实验室中测得的数据,而在实际应用中当连续用水半个月左右,真空管内壁上即形成可见的水垢膜,这时透光率只能达到新真空管的85%左右,使用半年后,在真空管内壁可形成1-2mm厚的垢壳,其透光率只有新真空管的50%以下,这时的集热效率较之新真空管也下降到50%以下。
